Sign Up to Bid on Upcoming Auctions

Choose the bidding website that lists the Neely Auction sale you want to join. Create a platform account, then register for that specific auction before you place a bid.

Start with the auction you want

Neely Auction uses HiBid, LiveAuctioneers, and Invaluable to help buyers discover and bid on auction lots. Availability can differ by sale. Open the Neely Auction sale page and confirm which platform lists the event you plan to join. You only need to use a platform that carries your chosen sale.

Two registrations may be needed: Creating an account with a bidding platform is the first step. Most sales then require a separate Register to Bid request for that auction. Submit it early enough for approval before bidding begins.

Create your account

Use the platform’s Sign Up or Create Account option. Enter accurate contact details and complete any email verification.

Register for the sale

Select Register to Bid on the auction page, agree to the sale terms, provide requested details, and check your approval status.

Open the Neely Auction HiBid page below. Select Create Account; on mobile, use the profile icon if the option is not immediately visible.
Enter the requested account details and complete the email verification step. Sign in after your account is active.
Open the auction you want, read its notes and terms, and select Register to Bid. Complete the auction-specific form and any payment-method verification requested.
Wait for confirmation or approval before bidding. An existing HiBid account does not automatically register you for every new sale.

On the sale page, choose Register to Bid. Provide the requested details, add a valid payment method if required, and accept the auction house’s terms.
Submit the registration and wait for approval by email or check its status in your Invaluable account. Registration is reviewed for the particular sale.
After approval, inspect the lot details and place bids according to the format and deadlines shown for that auction.

Before you place a bid

Read the specific auction’s terms for the buyer’s premium, taxes, payment deadline, and pickup or shipping arrangements. Compare your full expected cost with your budget, and ask about a lot’s condition before bidding closes. If the same sale is listed on more than one site, keep track of the platform and lot number you use so you do not submit unintended bids.

Do I need accounts on all three websites?

No. Use the platform offering the auction you want. Account creation and auction registration are separate steps.

Why can’t I bid yet?

Check that your email is verified and your registration for the particular auction is approved. If approval is pending, review the platform’s messages and contact the auction house well before the sale begins.

What if the linked sale has ended?

Visit Neely Auction’s auction page or the house’s platform profile for the next available event. The LiveAuctioneers button above links to the specific catalog supplied by Neely Auction.
