Bidding with Neely Auction
Welcome! If this is your first or 50th time bidding with us, thank you for your business! We are a small family owned and operated gallery, and we couldn’t do it without you. We accept bids in-house, by phone, and online. Please read on to find out more information.
In House Bidding
Our auctions are held at our gallery, located at 838 S East Coast Ave Lantana, FL 33462, and begin at 12pm Eastern Time. Please bring your photo ID with you and complete a registration form at our front desk before or during the sale. We open the gallery for preview at 10:00 am Eastern. Alternately, you can submit a registration form online and pick your bidder card up at the desk with a valid ID. Our in-house buyer’s premium is 20%.
Phone and Left Bidding
Please fill out your registration as a phone or absentee bidder here. As a phone bidder, we will call you the morning of the auction to confirm your bid(s). During the sale, our staff will call you 1-2 lots in advance and act as your representative. All International phone bidders must be able to receive their calls via What’s App. We recommend our phone bidders check on the progress of the auction via one of our online platforms, as missed calls are possible. Our phone and absentee buyer’s premiums are 20%.
